McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Managing Attorney for its Florida operations to oversee legal operations and financial success of the Department's default and foreclosure practice areas.
Requirements
- Manage a team of attorneys and legal assistants
- Provide guidance and supervision to ensure efficient and accurate processing of foreclosure files
- Conduct legal research and analysis to stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends
- Draft and review legal documents
- Interface with clients, opposing counsel, and third-party vendors
- Monitor and track foreclosure timelines, deadlines, and milestones
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members
- Maintain accurate and organized case files, documentation, and correspondence
