Job Description
McMillan Pazdan Smith is seeking a creative and innovative Project Architect to join their Charleston Team in Spartanburg, SC. The role involves providing production supervision, assisting with project management, and serving as the primary client liaison. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and a collaborative team player.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent
- Registered as a licensed architect
- 8-12 years of experience as an architect
- Experience leading a project team
- Knowledge of estimating project needs
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, and Bluebeam
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent grasp of building technology fundamentals
- Thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes, and trends
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
