Project Architect - Industrial - Huntsville

McMillan Pazdan Smith is seeking a creative and innovative Project Architect to join their Civic Team. The role involves providing supervision, assisting Project Managers with various projects, coordinating project efforts, and serving as a primary client liaison. Project Architect will contribute to design decisions, project cost control, and document progress through correspondence, memos, and presentations.

Requirements

• Registered as a licensed architect.
• 8-12 years of experience as an architect.
• Experience leading a project team.
• Knowledge of estimating project needs and translating them into budget hours/costs.
• Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, and Bluebeam.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative suite.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to provide clear direction.
