Job Description
McMillan Pazdan Smith is seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to manage and optimize our critical data infrastructure with a strong focus on Azure SQL Database and Microsoft Dataverse. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in leveraging APIs and modern integration technologies to connect disparate data sources, coupled with a proven ability to utilize Power BI and other analytical tools for data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Database Administrator
- Extensive experience managing and administering Azure SQL Databases
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse
- Proven experience in utilizing APIs and modern data integration technologies
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Power BI
- Proficiency in database optimization techniques
- Strong scripting skills in T-SQL, PowerShell, and/or Python
- Experience with database design principles and data modeling
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
