Job Description
MRM (McCann Relationship Marketing), a top global CRM and digital agency, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to develop and manage relationships with key clients across various industries. The role involves strategy, CRM campaigns, website development, and project management, requiring strong collaboration with internal and external teams and travel to Saudi Arabia to work with clients on-site. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, communicative, and detail-oriented.
Requirements
- Experience understanding the social/digital landscape and tools.
- Account management experience with several clients simultaneously.
- Sound understanding of CRM / CLM Principles, technology, projects and management.
- Sound understanding of digital agency working process as well as clients across a range of categories.
- Thorough understanding of full project process across briefing through delivery ensuring jobs are managed well financially and are efficiently using resources to meet client needs.
- Thorough understanding of campaign analysis and reporting as well as developing strategic thought leadership pieces based on results from campaigns.
