Job Description
We are seeking a creative and platform-savvy Social Organic Media Specialist to lead the brand’s presence across key social platforms. This role focuses on growing and engaging the social community through content creation, platform ownership, and community management. Collaboration with the content and brand teams is essential for maintaining brand identity and relevance.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, features, and algorithms
- Proven ability to ideate and activate trend-based content quickly
- Experience in community management and platform moderation
- Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, or native platform dashboards)
- Experience working with creative/content teams
