Project Superintendent - Building Construction

MCR Services, Inc. is a leading provider of commercial and retail facilities construction services. We are seeking a Project Superintendent to assist in preconstruction activities, orchestrate project plans, and manage construction activities from start to finish.

Requirements

• High school diploma required, Bachelors degree in construction management or related field preferred
• A minimum of 10 years work experience as a commercial construction superintendent
• Excellent communication skills
• First Aid/CPR certification required
• Valid driver's license
• 30h OSHA training
• Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel and other software packages
• Ability to conceptualize the 'big picture' from blueprints and construction drawings
