Job Description
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overall cleanliness and friendly service of the entire Hotel, including all guest rooms, public areas and facilities, storage rooms, and guest and house laundry. The role requires supervisory experience and a positive attitude, with a focus on cleanliness, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a hospitality or service field
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
