Front Desk Agent responsible for ensuring a friendly arrival and departure experience for guests, addressing needs and requests in a timely and efficient manner. Ensures cleanliness and spotless appearance of the hotel, and provides exceptional guest service.

Requirements

• Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
• Must be 18 years of age or older
