Housekeeper

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel. The role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in stressful situations. The Housekeeper will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment, and provide excellent guest service.

Requirements

• Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
• Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
• Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to serve all guests
