Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper at TownePlace Suites Harrisburg/Hershey, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, hallways, and public areas, maintaining a spotless and well-organized environment. You will also be expected to provide excellent guest service, handle challenging situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency, and work well in stressful, high-pressure situations. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a desire to serve all guests.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality or service-related field
• Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
