The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel. This includes pre-cleaning and stocking duties, thoroughly cleaning and restocking guest rooms, and assisting with additional cleaning projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to serve all guests with a desire to provide excellent hospitality and guest service.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
