Job Description
The Night Auditor will be responsible for providing clean, friendly, well-organized and safe hotels for guests, while also handling audit-related reports and security measures. The position requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. The Night Auditor will also be responsible for handling incoming mail, recovering from challenging guest situations, and maintaining accurate operational checklists.
Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow guidelines and procedures
- Handle pace and pressure
- Listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Hospitality and guest service
- Age requirement: 18 years of age or older
- Schedule and travel: willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
