Vice President of Finance

McShane Construction Company is seeking a financial executive to lead and coordinate company financial planning, accounting and financial reporting, treasury and cash management, risk management, and budget management functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• CPA required. Master’s degree a plus.
• 10+ years’ professional experience with at least five years in finance and accounting management (i.e., controller, assistant controller, finance/accounting manager).
• Construction industry experience strongly preferred.
• Public accounting experience a plus.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory regulations.
• Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems (CMIC, etc.).
• Understanding of accounting and project management software (CMiC).
