Land Use Technician

MD7 is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Land Use Technician to support wireless telecommunications and electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects. The Land Use Technician assists Land Use Planners and Project Managers with coordination and administration of zoning and permitting activities.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational ability
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
