Senior Production Planner - Manufacturing

The senior Production Planner will plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of material through manufacturing, analyzing material requirements and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient production flow.

Requirements

• Manage and prioritize manufacturing flow through the creation and maintenance of production work orders.
• Analyze short and long-term constraints and make recommendations for resolution to maintain on-time delivery goals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to expedite the flow of materials to meet production schedules and customer expectations.
• Provide frequent updates to stakeholders advising on the status of WIP, material availability, and potential risk.
• Review and evaluate clear to build, production progress, build output goals and manage WIP.
• Make suggestions for process improvement opportunities.
• Manages scrap or rework activities resulting from engineering change orders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
