Production Assistant

We are looking for a Production Assistant to support the editorial process for academic research journals, formatting and preparing scientific articles for publication, and communicating with editors to ensure correct format. As a pioneer in scholarly Open Access publishing, MDPI has supported academic communities since 1996, operating more than 400 diverse, peer-reviewed, Open Access journals supported by over 295,000 academic editors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in scientific fields
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with HTML, XML, LaTeX, and basic computer programming skills is considered an advantage
• Strong English skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail, critical thinking
• Being well-organized and able to manage short deadlines
