Recruitment and employee relationship specialist responsible for following up with recruitment processes, resolving HR-related questions, and managing employee information. Supports the HR management team with data collection and analysis, and undertakes specific projects and tasks.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in the HR field
• Bachelor's Degree or above
• TOEIC 600+ or other English proficiency tests
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive mindset and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment
