Job Description
MDVIP is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist II to join our Finance team in Boca Raton, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, experience working with contracts or financial documentation, and the ability to manage detailed, high-volume workflows with accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Generate member invoicing and billing notices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Review, analyze, and input high-volume physician contract data into the financial system, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Process and reconcile daily deposits, including checks, lockbox transactions, and electronic payments.
- Investigate and resolve payment exceptions such as returned payments and credit card chargebacks.
- Support mailings related to membership billing and contract updates.
- Identify discrepancies in contracts or billing data and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues.
- Maintain organized records and documentation to support audit and reporting requirements.
