Job Description
The Member Enrollment Representative is responsible for leading patient education, facilitating enrollment, and executing the launch plan for transitioning MDVIP physicians.
Requirements
- Educate and convert patients by communicating MDVIP’s personalized care value proposition, achieving ≥30% engagement-to-enrollment conversion rate.
- Drive weekly sign-up velocity to meet or exceed full panel acquisition by Day 120.
- Deliver physician and staff onboarding that ensures full understanding and advocacy of the MDVIP model.
