Job Description
We are seeking an IT Portfolio Analyst with DoD specific IT experience, knowledgeable in Capital Planning Investment Control and IT architecture. The candidate must have solid project management skills and be able to interact with higher level Government officials. The role involves supporting IT Capital Planning and Business Case development, conducting Gap Analyses, and providing high-quality consulting services to support decision making.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance is required; Top Secret is preferred
- Knowledgeable in IT architecture
- Experience with portfolio management practices and systems development life cycle practices and agency reporting processes and tools
- BA/BS required; advanced degree highly desirable
- PMP and ITIL V3 Certifications desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel
- Knowledgeable of OMB 300, OMB Circulars, FITARA policies
