The Truss Assembler is a team member that performs manual roof and floor truss and wall panel fabrication by constructing the components on an assembly line.
Requirements
- High School diploma or any combination of education or experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work.
- Previous experience of one year working in a truss or panel plant preferred or framing residential buildings.
- Solid work history with a proven track record of successes in framing residential or commercial buildings.
- Ability to effectively follow verbal and written instructions.
- Supply basic hand tools: measuring tape (25 ft. or more) and a framing hammer (20 oz. or larger).
- Operate with a team in a fast-paced and loud environment.
