Job Description
Bournewood Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Inpatient Group Therapist to provide therapeutic services to individuals in an inpatient setting.
Requirements
- Facilitate structured group therapy sessions for patients dealing with various mental health conditions
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of the patient population
- Conduct assessments to determine group treatment plans and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed
