MealSuite builds end-to-end foodservice technology for healthcare and senior living organizations. We're looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales Operations team, driving end-to-end sales excellence by transforming healthcare foodservice challenges into high-ARR, multi-module partnerships.
Requirements
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution for net new logos within assigned territory and vertical.
- Proactively generate new pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, account-based outreach, and partner collaboration.
- Conduct discovery to uncover operational, financial, and compliance challenges within healthcare foodservice and senior living environments.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to buyer personas, including operations, culinary, finance, and executive stakeholders.
- Structure multi-module proposals that maximize ARR, long-term expansion opportunity, and customer lifetime value.
- Lead pricing discussions and commercial negotiations in alignment with company guardrails.
- Close business that meets or exceeds annual ARR quota expectations.
- 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales.
- Education or training in SaaS sales or healthcare food service.
- Strengths in verbal & written communication, adaptability, and relational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required)
