CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

We're looking for a strategic CFO to join our Executive team at a pivotal stage of growth. The ideal candidate will have strong SaaS experience and a proven track record across M&A, fundraising, and the metrics that drive smart, sustainable growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior finance leadership, ideally 3–5 years as CFO, VP Finance, Head of Finance, or similar at a SaaS company
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential
• Demonstrated success scaling a technology company through rapid growth, entering new markets, and building global financial infrastructure
• Deep experience with M&A, including valuation, deal structuring, due diligence, and post-merger integration
• Experience operating in multi-entity, multi-currency environments (U.S., Canada, APAC preferred)
• Experience working with private equity or venture-backed companies, including managing investor relations
• Background in healthcare, food service technology, or operational SaaS solutions
