Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team, supporting a busy responsive repairs contract in Dartford. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties.
Requirements
- Proven experience in domestic repairs and maintenance in a carpentry position
- Experience in the above duties
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills, with experience working in occupied homes
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations and safe working practices
- Ability to use handheld devices or job management systems to record work
- Willingness to participate in out-of-hours emergency rota
