Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team, supporting a busy responsive repairs contract in Ealing. This hands-on role involves delivering high-quality carpentry repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties, ensuring residents’ homes are safe, functional, and well maintained.
Requirements
- Proven experience in domestic repairs and maintenance in a carpentry position
- Experience in replacing internal doors, repairing skirting boards and architraves, fitting kitchen units, and completing general finishing works
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills, with experience working in occupied homes
