Job Description

As a Contract Manager, you will oversee operational and commercial delivery, manage supervisors, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company protocols.
Requirements
- Experience managing responsive repairs and/or voids contracts within the social housing sector
- Experience in budget management
- Experience in performance reporting and KPI management
- Experience in people management
- Workable technical knowledge of social housing repairs, voids, and maintenance
- Full valid driving licence
- Entitlement to work within the UK
