Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Gas Supervisor to join our team in Ilford, delivering high-quality gas servicing, repairs, and installations across our clients’ housing stock.
Requirements
- Monitor and control the work & drive the Health & Safety culture within both the team assigned & the gas team.
- Monitor progress and completion of works from the Operatives and Subcontractors through the MCM system to achieve the KPI requirements of the Client.
- Assist your team to provide a comprehensive gas maintenance and installation service within domestic premises, the work must be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations, standards and departmental procedures.
- Hold valid ACS certification (e.g. CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)
- Line management experience
- Good understanding of electrical safe isolation and basic wiring principles
- Knowledge of current gas safety legislation and compliance standards
- Experience working in social housing or local authority environments (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices
- Flexible and willing to travel across properties
- Full UK driving licence
