Job Description
We are seeking Multi Skilled Operatives to join us in Area 2 of the business to support our ongoing partnership with Orbit, delivering a range of property services including reactive repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance services to over 100 local authorities and housing providers nationwide.
Requirements
- Extensive on the job experience in multiple core trades such as joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting & decorating and floor laying
- Hold a Full UK Driving License
- Have own power tools
- Be a great team player as well an ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent communication and Customer service skills
- IT Literate- For PDA Use
- Ideally hold a trade qualification especially if you don't have much first hand experience
