Multi Skilled Operative

We are recruiting two Multi-skilled Operatives to support our responsive repairs contract in Bexley. These are hands-on roles working within occupied social housing properties, delivering high-quality day-to-day repairs and providing a great service to residents.

Requirements

• Proven experience in plastering, including patching, skimming, and making good
• Experience working within domestic or social housing repairs
• Ability to support additional trades alongside plastering works
• Comfortable managing jobs independently from start to finish
• Strong attention to detail with a right-first-time approach
• Professional and customer-focused manner when working in residents' homes
• Good understanding of health & safety
• Confident using handheld devices
• Full UK driving licence
• Own hand tools
• Willingness to join an out-of-hours emergency rota
