Job Description
We are seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to provide day-to-day repairs support to our residents in Thurrock. The successful candidate will become part of a local team undertaking high-standard multi-trade repairs and refurbishment activities.
Requirements
- Core trade in Plumbing or Carpentry
- NVQ in Plumbing or Carpentry
- Experience in Plastering, floor laying, tiling, painting & Decorating, ground works
- Experience in Building Maintenance
- Social housing experience (5 years +)
- UK Full driving license
- Customer Focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
