We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team in Dover, supporting a busy social housing contract. The role focuses on delivering aids and adaptations works to help residents live safely and independently in their homes.
Requirements
- Multi-trade experience such as basic carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, flooring, and decorating
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently, plan jobs effectively, and manage a daily workload
- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills to adapt works on site where required
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work professionally and sensitively in residents' homes
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations and safe working practices, particularly in occupied properties
- Confident using handheld devices or job management systems to record works and updates
