We are looking for a passionate Floor Manager to lead our Maxima Macquarie Centre in NSW on a full-time basis.
Requirements
- Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams
- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.
- Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
