The successful candidate will have a deep passion for Colour, Skin, or Fragrance and will be responsible for supporting the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and team adherence to customer service standards.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (minimum 2-years) managing a large format retail environment
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management experience
• Previous coaching and mentoring experience, focusing on team member development
• Ability to think big and long-term, and drive change through influencing others
