Job Description
An HVAC Retail Installer is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This involves working with various equipment, following safety protocols, and potentially assisting customers with system selection. Up to a $5000 signing bonus is offered.
Requirements
- Install ductwork, including supply and return ducts, ensuring proper sizing, placement, and sealing.
- Install refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and other piping components according to specifications and regulations.
- Mount and secure HVAC equipment, such as air handling units, heat pumps, furnaces, and condensing units, ensuring proper alignment and clearances.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with other tradespeople on the construction site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety regulations and building codes.
