Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead our service division. This role is responsible for overseeing daily service operations, managing field technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving profitability within the service department.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC/mechanical service operations
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, piping, and ductwork
- Proven ability to manage teams and service operations effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with scheduling, dispatching, and job costing
