Job Description
The Senior Database Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while simultaneously improving existing functionality. The Senior Database Engineer will be fix reported bugs and work towards improving application performance, as well as continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Requirements
- Assist with the development, maintenance and optimization of several SQL Server databases that supports highly available enterprise software applications
- Perform data profiling of source data to identify data quality issues and anomalies, business knowledge embedded in data, gathering of natural keys, and metadata information
- Collaborate with the team to identify, prioritize, and execute on key data delivery milestones
