Job Description
We are seeking a Credit Risk Manager to support credit risk management across Medallion Bank's Recreation Lending and Home Improvement Installment portfolios, analyzing portfolio health metrics, credit policy effectiveness, and risk trends to inform sound credit decisions and risk strategy.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in statistical programming (R, Python, or SAS)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Solid understanding of consumer credit fundamentals
- Ability to translate complex data analyses into clear, executive-ready presentations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Collaborative, communicative team player
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit risk, financial analytics, or a related quantitative role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
