Digital Channel Manager (Marketing) responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization of Medallion Bank's digital lead generation channels, including paid search, affiliate marketing, SEO, social media, and emerging digital acquisition channels.

Requirements

• Develop, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel digital lead generation strategies aligned with annual growth targets.
• Manage paid search campaigns end-to-end, including keyword strategy, ad copy, landing page alignment, bid strategy, and A/B testing.
• Monitor traffic quality, fraud prevention, attribution accuracy, and ROI across affiliate channels.
