Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at MedCare Pediatric. The RBT will provide direct care to clients with autism and developmental disabilities, working in a team environment to deliver personalized, one-on-one care.
Requirements
- Current and Active RBT Certification
- 1+ years of experience in an ABA environment
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Maintain a highly professional, positive attitude and demonstrate reliability and punctuality
- Must pass a background check
