Job Description
Fundraising Administration Officer position at MSF in Taipei, Taiwan. Job involves supporting the daily administrative and operational functions of the Face-to-Face (F2F) fundraising team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments, procurements, booth arrangements, data maintenance, and materials management. Must have 1 year of relevant work experience in administrative, operational, or fundraising support roles, and proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and Basic level of English.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline
- 1 year of relevant work experience in administrative, operational, or fundraising support roles
- Results-oriented and committed to deliver objectives
- Attentive to details and able to maintain accuracy in financial, procurement, and data processes
- Multi-tasking: ability to handle several administrative and operational tasks simultaneously and find efficient ways to streamline repetitive work
- Experience in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Strong commitment to MSF's humanitarian aid work
- Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and Basic level of English
