Job Description
As the Client Services Manager, you'll serve as the key bridge between new or recently onboarded facilities and our RPM services. You'll foster strong relationships with facility stakeholders while overseeing the implementation of RPM equipment and services.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in medical equipment deployment, sales, or technical customer service
- Proven ability to establish trust and collaborate effectively with healthcare facility teams
- Strong technical acumen to explain and troubleshoot medical equipment and RPM technologies
- Customer-service oriented mindset with polished communication skills
- Managerial experience, with ability to directly supervise and develop a medtech team
- Willingness to travel extensively (50% onsite) and manage reimbursement protocols
