Job Description
Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a primary care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant to provide on-site care to residents in long-term care settings. This full-time position offers a collaborative environment and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on senior care, focusing on personalized and proactive care. The role involves providing primary care services, conducting assessments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license
- State-specific license in good standing in New York
- Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility
- Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills
- Passion for elder care and person-centered healthcare
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand/walk for up to 6-8 hours a day
