Job Description
We are seeking a Psychiatric Consultant to support our growing Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) program. This role provides psychiatric expertise through case review and consultation in partnership with Behavioral Health Care Managers (BHCMs) and Primary Care Providers (PCPs).
Requirements
- NP with board eligibility or certification in Psychiatry
- Active, unrestricted medical license
- Experience with Collaborative Care, integrated care, or consultation-liaison psychiatry preferred
