Job Description
Medenterprises is looking for an IT & Security Manager to lead their technology environment and strengthen their cybersecurity capability. The role involves leading IT & Security Strategy, reporting to the Head of Technology, and owning infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity posture. The company welcomes candidates who can work hybrid from one of their office locations in either Robina (Gold Coast, Australia) or Queenstown (New Zealand).
Requirements
- Minimum of mid-level experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity leadership
- Qualification in IT, computer science, business, or a related field
- Proven ability to improve technology maturity and governance
- Solid understanding of risk, compliance, and incident response
- Experience managing vendors and delivering technology initiatives
- Ability to translate technical detail into business impact
- Experience leading a team to deliver outcomes across Microsoft 365 in a 'cloud-first' environment
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID features, and functions, particularly in security, administration, and endpoint protection
