We are seeking a Medical Recruitment Consultant - Sales to join our team at Medrecruit. As a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, you will connect qualified doctors with locum opportunities across Australia's hospitals and healthcare services. You will be responsible for qualifying doctors, collaborating with healthcare organisations, and negotiating agreements between clients and doctors.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment (bonus if it's locum or healthcare focused)
- Strong business development skills, calling clients to ascertain their locum and permanent recruitment needs
- Strong sales drive with measurable success in hitting targets
- Confidence managing a phone-based client portfolio across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
- A consultative and strategic sales mindset
