We are a 50-employee company in Singen am Hohentwiel and Freiburg, producing and distributing personal leadership systems and a SmartGuide app. We're looking for a Web Developer to join our 3-man software team, working with Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and React. You'll work on developing new features, fixing bugs, and testing software, with a focus on creating engaging and interactive experiences.

Requirements

• Completed degree or training in computer science, media computer science, or a comparable course of study
• Experience in Ruby on Rails development (not required but a plus)
• Knowledge of JavaScript (not required but a plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Influence on the final result of the software development process
• Creative and innovative thinking
