Job Description
As a Team Lead, Data Transfer, you will lead the technical team responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) clinical and administrative data from third-party systems to our Electronic Medical Record (EMR), MYLE. Your mandate is multi-faceted: participate in the most strategic data migrations, ensure the quality and integrity of the data transferred to our clients, and support the performance and professional development of your team of developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in development, with a strong focus on data integration (ETL) or databases
- Experience in team management, project coordination, or technical mentorship
