MEDFAR Solutions Cliniques is seeking a Technical Support Advisor to join their team. The role involves providing technical support to clients on the use of their MYLE software. The ideal candidate has a heart to help clients and offer them an exceptional experience, is recognized for their ingenuity in finding solutions, and is thirsty for knowledge and enjoys stepping out of their comfort zone. The position is full-time, 40 hours a week, with a hybrid work mode and a presence at the office may be required monthly.

Requirements

• First experience in customer service
• Excellent mastery of French and English (in writing and in speech)
• Avid of technology, with the ability to learn and use new technological tools effectively
